LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
|

If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in
material or workmanship, LightKeeper will repair or replace it, at its sole discretion, free
of charge. This warranty is not transferable and is extended only to the original household
purchaser. The warranty does not apply to:
(a) damage to units caused by accident, dropping or
abuse in handling, acts of God or any negligent use;
(b) units that are opened, taken apart or
otherwise modified;
(c) units not used in accordance with the instructions;
(d) damages exceeding the cost of the product;
(e) bulbs, LED's and batteries;
(f) the finish of the unit,
as this is considered normal wear and tear;
(g) transit damage, initial installation cost,
removal cost, or reinstallation costs.
LightKeeper will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or
limitation on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations many not apply
to you.

For indoor use only. Do not use in wet locations. Do not exceed electrical ratings. Do not use
this unit to turn off power for maintenance repairs or removing broken bulbs, etc.
